EDI and US

Since 2019 our department has had an EDI committee, composed of staff, faculty and students. Each term we try to plan 2-3 events that allow us to broaden our commitments to equity, diversity and inclusion within our department. Some events we have had recently which have really had impact have included a departmental food cupboard, a session on dealing with anxiety in the laboratory, and we learned about microaggressions and how to address them.
